Hello! I hope you had a wonderful weekend? So, we arrived in Sri Lanka. A little jet-lagged. But wow, what a place! This is our room for a few days. Heaven! I'll certainly be posting a few images on instagram here and there. As promised I'll still be blogging, and will also be featuring some guest posts from some of my favourite bloggers over the weeks too. Despite sitting a few metres from the beach (sorry, too much?!), I'm whisking myself back to Scandinavia and inside this super simple and elegant Copenhagen apartment captured by Birgitta Wolfgang Drejer. The space features the most beautiful parquet floors, high ceilings and period features. The decor is pared-back - with a mix of vintage and designer items and some fabulous artwork. What a beautiful space, don't you think?
The ceiling height gives the space such elegance, and the light, oh the light?!
Get the look: this mid-century coffee table is similar, Le Corbusier armchair, Togo sofa, source a similar vintage industrial pendant light here. Nespresso espresso maker, rustic bench.
Other links from around the web today:
I'm loving these low v-back tops right now (and that bun?)
Another good reason to visit Antwerp one day.
A Brooklyn home which looks way bigger than it is.
5 fab interior design blogs from France (I'd also add La Maison D'Anna G and Unfinished Home).
This bathroom window display (that linen blind). Try not perfect linen for similar.
Have a great start to the week!
